Shipping
All around, we ask for 2-3 weeks to receive your sign from the day you place your order. That’s 1-1.5 weeks to manufacture & quality test your order before we ship it out, and once dispatched, it typically takes 3-9 days to arrive at your door.
We can also have the sign to you, in a slightly shorter time (1 to 2 weeks) for rushed orders. Send us an email at contact@neonicons.com to let us know you wish to place it on the rush list.
WHY CAN’T APPLY THE LAYOUT I WANT
The DESIGN YOUR OWN customizer presents computer generated mock-ups that might not allow you to achieve your desired layout. If this is the case, please send us an email at support@neonicons.com with your specifications and what you are trying to achieve and one of our lovely designers will have that design mocked-up and priced in no time.
WHY DO THE WORDS GO TO THE LINE/WHY DOES THE SIZE JUMP UP?
Since the online customizer is a computer program, it considers minimum sizes and restrictions of Neon signs making. It probably means that we cannot fit the number of words or letters you want in the size you want. While the program is mostly correct, there might be ways we can help you make your sign in a slightly larger size rather than jump a full size up. So if you find yourself not managing to get the size you want, please send us an email at support@neonicons.com with your specifications and what you are trying to achieve and one of our lovely designers will have that design mocked-up and priced in no time.
WHAT CHANGES INCREASE THE PRICE
The factors most likely to increase the price are the chosen font (more complex fonts are more expensive), the size (bigger is more expensive) and the material chosen (glass is more expensive).
CANCELLATION
You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your payment. Unfortunately, once your order goes into production, we are unable to accept cancellations and will not offer any refund. Similarly, as all our signs are made to order, specifically to your requirements (size, colour, plug type, material), we are unable to accept return.
